Supreme Court of the United States Update

Mark Hiller and Erik Zimmerman presented at the North Carolina Bar Association's 2017 Appellate Practice Section Annual Meeting, "Appellate Advocacy in the Digital Age: The Future Is Now." Hiller and Zimmerman's session, "Supreme Court of the United States Update," covered recent developments in U.S. Supreme Court jurisprudence and what we can expect from the Court’s upcoming term. Attendees earned CLE credit.

Hiller and Zimmerman both served as clerks to Supreme Court justices — Hiller to Justice Sonia Sotomayor and Zimmerman to Chief Justice John Roberts.
