Scott DeAngelis is a corporate attorney representing clients in a variety of transactional matters, focusing on private equity finance and investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law. He regularly represents business development companies, small business investment companies, private funds, and other lenders and borrowers in connection with structuring, negotiating, documenting and administering senior credit facilities, second lien and mezzanine debt investments, and equity investments. Scott also advises private equity sponsors and strategic clients in purchase and sale transactions.
